«روابط» لعبة كلمات يومية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية يطوّرها Ahmed Abed. للتواصل في أي شأن يخص الخصوصية: amabed1991@gmail.com.
باختصار
- لا نطلب إنشاء حساب، ولا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك.
- تقدّمك وإحصاءاتك وإعداداتك محفوظة على جهازك فقط.
- إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة اختيارية ويمكنك إيقافها في الإعدادات في أي وقت.
- لا نرسل كلمات الألغاز أو إجاباتك أو أي نص تكتبه.
البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك
تحفظ اللعبة على جهازك: ألغازك ونتائجك ووقت اللعب لكل لغز، والإحصاءات والسلاسل، واللغة والمظهر وإعدادات التنبيهات، والرسائل المقروءة في صندوق الوارد، والمشتريات التي تحققنا منها. لا تُرفع هذه البيانات إلى أي خادم لنا، وتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق. المشتريات تستعيدها من متجر Apple أو Google.
إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة (Google Analytics for Firebase)
إذا كان خيار «مشاركة إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة» مفعّلًا، يرسل التطبيق أحداثًا محدودة تساعدنا على ضبط صعوبة الألغاز وتحسين التطبيق، مثل:
- بدء لغز وإنهاؤه: رقم اللغز وتاريخه واللغة، والفوز أو الخسارة، وعدد الأخطاء والمحاولات، ووقت اللعب الفعلي بالثواني، ومستوى أول مجموعة وجدتها.
- استخدام التطبيق: إنهاء الشرح التعريفي، وتغيير اللغة، وإعدادات التنبيهات، وفتح تنبيه، وقراءة رسائل صندوق الوارد أو إخفاؤها، وطلبات التقييم، وفتح شاشة العروض، والمشتريات الجديدة (نوع المنتج فقط)، والمشاركة، وفتح الأرشيف، واستخدام التلميح.
لا تتضمن هذه الأحداث كلمات أو إجابات أو نصوصًا حرة أو اسمك. لا يجمع Analytics المعرّف الإعلاني لجهازك، وتخزين بيانات الإعلانات واستخدامها لأغراض إعلانية مرفوض دائمًا.
في المناطق التي يشترط فيها القانون موافقتك (مثل الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا)، أو إذا تعذّر معرفة ذلك، تبقى الإحصاءات متوقفة حتى تفعّلها بنفسك. وفي غيرها تكون مفعّلة افتراضيًا ويمكنك إيقافها. يحتفظ Google Analytics ببيانات الأحداث للمدة التي نحددها في إعداداته (شهران افتراضيًا، و14 شهرًا كحد أقصى). وقد نصدّر نتائج الألغاز المجمّعة دون أي معرّف لاستخدامها في مراجعة الصعوبة.
تقارير الأعطال (Firebase Crashlytics)
عند حدوث عطل، يُرسل تقرير تقني (مسار الخطأ، وطراز الجهاز، ونظام التشغيل، وإصدار التطبيق) لإصلاح المشكلات. لا يتضمن اسمك أو معرّف مستخدم. يحتفظ Crashlytics بالتقارير 90 يومًا.
إعدادات التطبيق عن بُعد (Firebase Remote Config)
يجلب التطبيق إعدادات مثل تفعيل بعض الميزات أو إيقافها. يستخدم ذلك معرّف تثبيت Firebase، ولا يُرسل أي بيانات عن لعبك.
الإعلانات (Google AdMob)
نطلب إعلانات غير مخصّصة فقط. ومع ذلك قد تستخدم Google معلومات الجهاز، مثل عنوان IP والمعرّف الإعلاني، لتحديد عدد مرات عرض الإعلان ومنع الاحتيال وقياس الأداء. في المناطق التي تتطلب الموافقة، يُطلب منك الاختيار قبل عرض الإعلانات، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك من «خيارات الخصوصية» في الإعدادات. لا تطلب نسخة iPhone إذن التتبع، ولا تصل إلى معرّف الإعلانات (IDFA). تفاصيل أكثر: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
المشتريات
تتم المشتريات عبر App Store أو Google Play. لا نرى بيانات الدفع أبدًا. يتحقق التطبيق من ملكيتك للمنتج على جهازك عبر المتجر.
محتوى الألغاز والتنبيهات
يجلب التطبيق الألغاز وصندوق الوارد من Firebase Hosting. كأي موقع، قد يسجّل مزوّد الاستضافة عنوان IP ووقت الطلب في سجلات تقنية. التذكير اليومي يُجدول على جهازك فقط، ولا يُطلب إذن التنبيهات إلا عند تفعيله.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك. تُعالج البيانات أعلاه بواسطة Google (Firebase وAdMob) بصفتها مزوّد خدمة، وفق Google Privacy Policy. وعند استخدامك زر المشاركة، تختار أنت ما تشاركه ومع من.
الأطفال
«روابط» لعبة لعامة الجمهور، وليست موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية منهم.
حقوقك
- إيقاف الإحصاءات: الإعدادات ← «مشاركة إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة».
- خيارات الإعلانات: الإعدادات ← «خيارات الخصوصية».
- حذف بياناتك المحلية: احذف التطبيق.
- لأي طلب يتعلق بالبيانات (الاطلاع أو الحذف)، راسلنا على البريد أعلاه. بيانات الإحصاءات لا ترتبط بهويتك، لذلك قد لا نستطيع ربطها بك.
التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة سنحدّث تاريخها أعلاه، ونعلن عن التغييرات المهمة داخل التطبيق.
Who we are
Links (روابط) is a daily word puzzle game in Arabic and English, made by Ahmed Abed. For any privacy question, contact amabed1991@gmail.com.
In short
- There are no accounts, and we don't collect your name, email or phone number.
- Your progress, statistics and settings stay on your device.
- Anonymous usage statistics are optional; you can turn them off in Settings at any time.
- We never send puzzle words, your answers or anything you type.
Data kept on your device
The game stores on your device: your puzzles, results and play time per puzzle; statistics and streaks; language, appearance and notification settings; read inbox messages; and verified purchases. This data isn't uploaded to any server of ours, and it is deleted when you delete the app. Purchases can be restored from the App Store or Google Play.
Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
When Share anonymous usage statistics is on, the app sends a limited set of events that help us tune puzzle difficulty and improve the app, such as:
- Starting and finishing a puzzle: puzzle number and date, language, win or loss, mistakes and guesses, active play time in seconds, and the difficulty of the first group you found.
- Using the app: finishing the tutorial, changing language, notification settings, opening a notification, reading or dismissing inbox messages, review requests, opening the offers screen, new purchases (product type only), sharing, opening the archive, and using a hint.
These events contain no words, answers, free text or your name. Analytics does not collect your device's advertising identifier, and storage and use of data for advertising are always denied.
Where the law requires your consent (for example the EU, UK and Switzerland), or when this can't be determined, statistics stay off until you turn them on. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can turn them off. Google Analytics keeps event data for the retention period we set (2 months by default, at most 14 months). We may export aggregated puzzle results, without any identifier, to review puzzle difficulty.
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
If the app crashes, a technical report (error trace, device model, operating system and app version) is sent so we can fix the problem. It contains no name or user ID. Crashlytics keeps reports for 90 days.
Remote app settings (Firebase Remote Config)
The app downloads settings such as switching features on or off. This uses a Firebase installation ID and sends no data about your play.
Ads (Google AdMob)
We request non-personalized ads only. Google may still use device information, such as the IP address and the advertising identifier, for frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement. Where consent is required, you are asked before ads are shown, and you can change your choice under Privacy options in Settings. The iPhone app doesn't ask for tracking permission and doesn't access the advertising identifier (IDFA). More: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. The app checks which products you own with the store, on your device.
Puzzle content and notifications
The app downloads puzzles and the inbox from Firebase Hosting. Like any website, the hosting provider may record the IP address and time of requests in technical logs. The daily reminder is scheduled on your device only, and notification permission is asked only when you turn it on.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. The data above is processed by Google (Firebase and AdMob) as a service provider, under the Google Privacy Policy. When you use the Share button, you choose what to share and with whom.
Children
Links is a general-audience game. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your choices and rights
- Turn off statistics: Settings → Share anonymous usage statistics.
- Ad choices: Settings → Privacy options.
- Delete your local data: delete the app.
- For any data request (access or deletion), email us at the address above. Usage statistics aren't linked to your identity, so we may not be able to match them to you.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and announce significant changes in the app.
