How do I restore my "Remove Ads" purchase on a new device? Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it originally.

I purchased Remove Ads but I still see ads. Try Settings → Restore Purchases first. If ads persist, force-close and reopen the app. If the issue continues, email us at aabed91@gmail.com with your purchase receipt/date and device type, and we'll sort it out.

Why did my Daily Word streak reset? Daily Word streaks continue only if you complete the word every consecutive day. Missing a day resets your current streak to zero — your longest streak is still saved and displayed separately.

How does scoring work in Normal, Medium, and Hard modes? Normal and Medium start at a higher point value and lose a couple of points per extra try. Hard mode has unlimited tries with a smaller point deduction per try, floored at a minimum of 1 point. Your best score for each mode is saved automatically and shown at the start of every new game.

How do hints work? A hint reveals one letter of the word. Free players can unlock a hint by watching a short video ad; in scored modes, using a hint also costs a small number of points instead.

Does the app work offline? Yes. All game modes work fully offline — no internet connection or account is required to play. An internet connection is only used to load ads.

How do I switch between English and Arabic? Go to Settings and choose your language under the "Language" section. The app also supports light and dark themes in the same screen.

How do I delete my data? All game data is stored only on your device — nothing is stored on our servers. Simply uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data, including streaks, scores, and purchase status flags.
